Location: Hybrid role (working onsite 3days a week and 2 remote)
Job Summary: In this role the Travel Administrative Assistant will manage the daily office operations providing admin support, scheduling travel, managing expense reports, scheduling meetings, other duties assigned. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, customer service oriented, great communication, a multitasker, and self starter.
Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Google Workspace, Teams, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience using Concur
- Event and Travel coordination experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience
