Job Overview
We are seeking a results driven motivated Residential Sales professional to showcase residential properties to investors, negotiate, and close the deal (training provided).
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, understand their needs and preferences, vetting over properties for sale.
- Scheduling property showings, cold calling, and collaborating with the team to facilitate smooth transactions.
Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience (inside sales, upselling, B2B, B2C, retail sales, auto sales, or similar)
- Strong focus on exceeding sales goals
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to conduct property showings
