Working from our historic headquarters building in Manchester, New Hampshire, and our satellite offices in Concord and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, we serve individuals, businesses, and nonprofits in multiple areas.
The Records Specialist will prepare and scan documents in our document management systems. On a daily basis, the Records Specialist will also provide backup coverage for the receptionist. On an as needed basis, the Records Specialist will also provide backup coverage for the afternoon mailroom activities. In addition, the Records Specialist will assist with ordering supplies and lunches, coordinating some meetings within the firm. This role is 100% onsite in our Manchester office.
Requirements:The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of reception experience either in a direct or backup role, preferably in professional services, mail preparation experience, and experience with document preparation and scanning methods. A professional demeanor and presentation is desired, along with attention to detail and accuracy. A high school diploma is required; associates degree or some college experience is preferred.
