Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that meet quality standards and estimate food requirements
- Supervise kitchen staff's activities and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Recruit and manage kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Rectify arising problems or complaints and perform administrative duties
- Maintain compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a head chef with excellent record of kitchen management
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science or related field
