With multiple restaurants ranging from fine dining to upscale casualall located within a five-minute radiuswere looking for a dynamic leader to divide and conquer alongside our existing Director of Operations.
About The Role
This high-impact position will oversee General Managers across multiple concepts, each offering its own culinary identity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational foundation, a versatile background in both fine and casual dining, and a solid understanding of beverage operations (introductory level). Youll need to be highly organized, a self-starter, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What Youll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurants
- Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of General Managers
- Support and collaborate with the current DO to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Maintain operational excellence across different styles of service
- Be a visible leader, present in each location on a regular basis
- Multi-unit operations experience
- Proven success in both fine dining and upscale casual environments
- Introductory knowledge of beverage programs
- Experience managing and mentoring large teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to lead without micromanaging
- Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to excellence
