We are a leading manufacturer specializing in the building and shipping of locomotives. With a workforce of 300 employees, projected to grow, we are committed to efficiency, quality, and safety in our operations. Projected to double in production, we need a leader who knows how to handle manual assembly, collaborate with engineering, safety, and quality. The Operations Director is the most critical role in our facility, responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and ensuring that efficiency goals and metrics are met. This role requires a strong manufacturing background, ideally with experience in locomotive production, manual assembly or similar industry. This person would ideally be looking to grow within the next 5 years and comfortable customer facing.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
