Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Operations Manager located in Boston, MA. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing operations, managing marketing analytics, utilizing analytical skills, implementing marketing automation, and optimizing marketing processes.
You will be responsible for:
PXT Communication
- In partnership with comms team, builds new emails in Marketo
- Owns the set up and deployment of all blast text messages in Twilio
- Updates existing blast and on-demand emails upon request
- Sets up all email testing in litmus
- Validates recipients of all emails and demonstrates a true understanding of business needs, provides recommendations on how to tailor and segment audiences
- Territory realignments/Center Lead change emails
- Owns opt-out pages & manages updates as needed; manually updating global consent opt-outs, as agreed upon with other business units
- Builds and monitors all automation for GPS emails, texts, mosaic tasks (anything from welcome calls to caregiver kits, to approaching cap/cap reached emails for CoPay Assistance)
- Extensive launch support for new products & label expansions
- Builds and tests all automation with Superior
- Monitors marketo/mosaic for any failed tasks/sends
- Works with creative agency partners to set up and test new emails, ensures client’s DTE processes are followed and QA is applied
- Provides reporting on email performance
- Marketo SME for PXT, systems and rep team – regularly available to troubleshoot and explain how our emails and automation work
- Intensive launch support – works with agencies to ensure we meet our deadlines on all email testing and provides extensive review on ISI snippets
- Proactively provides recommendations on ways we can be improving the patient experience with GPS (email module recommendations, user experience for email layouts, Spanish speaking patients, advocating for preferred name variable options, etc)
- Champions compliance, ensuring that all the correct firewalls are in place for patients of varying ages/products so that PSSs can be sure to always send the right materials to patients
Systems
Campaign configuration and management:
- Configures and executes marketing campaigns in Marketo, including email, welcome call programs, caregiver kits, webinars
- Develops and manages complex workflows, logic and segmentation strategies to target the right audience
- Optimizes campaigns by analyzing performance data and implementing improvements
CRM integration, logic development and incident management:
- Partners with PXT, systems and IT teams to align campaign strategies and objectives, including assessing key data points/reports to enable segmentation strategies
- Designs and maintains bi-directional integration workflows between Marketo, CRM system (Salesforce - MOSAIC) and blast text engine (Twilio), including knowledge of webhooks
- Syncing of Account/Contact and Opportunity data points to Marketo
- Marketo initiated task creation in CRM
- Syncing of unsubscribe/opt out between Marketo and CRM
Triages, investigates and resolve where appropriate Marketo related incidents/issues
Email asset creation and management
- Designs, develops and tests responsive email templates, unsubscribe forms/pages
- Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, are optimized for performance and adhere to email marketing best practices
- Maintains the Marketo Segments and Asset alignment within the CRM to enable selection of on demand email assets for patients/caregivers
Reporting and analytics:
- Generate reports on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions
- Use data insights to recommend and implement campaign enhancements
