Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers promptly; gather vehicle and client information
- Assess vehicle needs based on its history and condition, and recommend services
- Explain technical details and service recommendations to customers in clear terms
- Prepare detailed estimates for parts and labor, prioritizing transparency
- Update customers on service progress and manage service timelines
- Ensure billing accuracy and conduct thorough delivery reviews with customers
- Build lasting relationships to enhance customer loyalty and referrals
- Work collaboratively to uphold a positive team environment
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, experience with luxury brands is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professional conduct
- Effective communication skills, proficiency in Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
- Ability to manage a fast-paced work setting and maintain motivation
- Consistent work history, valid driver’s license, and a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
