This position is responsible for overseeing the reception area in the Devon Corporate headquarters. This position description below in no way states or implies that these are the only duties / functions to be performed by the incumbent. Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties / functions requested by their supervisor.
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service and professionalism to coordinate the flow of visitors / guests through the Devon corporate headquarters reception area.
- Demonstrate problem solving ability by using good judgment and applying these skills to assist visitors / guests and ensure customer service expectations are met
