Overview
This is a vital role in our organization, responsible for smooth Home Office operations.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Purchase materials, equipment and supplies and track order until it is delivered.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all company assets valued above $500. This includes tracking the assignment of assets to individuals, such as laptops.
- Ensure that office supplies are available, organized, and restocked as necessary.
- Manage the purchase of company-branded materials, such as shirts, mugs, and other promotional items.
- Manage corporate events, including but not limited to: research and book venues, purchase food and materials, coordinate travel for teams.
- Offer direct administrative and logistical support to the CEO including his monthly expense report.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing materials from the Home Office.
- Ensure the Home Office kitchen is well-stocked, organized, and clean. This includes running the dishwasher daily.
- Liaison with Building Management, which includes booking conference rooms, freight elevators and loading dock for large deliveries.
- Manage office access, including managing key access cards.
- Works with Human Resources to support onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Coordinates with IT department to setup and decommission laptops as employees join or leave the company. This includes shipping laptops to non-local employees.
- Efficiently handles administrative and data processing tasks as assigned.
Scope of Work
Provide support as described in the job resoponsibilities in a small business environment working directly with all levels of the company, including the CEO, with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, especially related to adopting new technologies and tools.
Demonstrated experience or capability to excel in the responsibilities listed above.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new challenges, think on your feet, and thrive in a dynamic small business environment.
Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with limited step-by-step instructions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

This is a part-time position working 3 days a week on site at our Home Office fufilling the responsibilities listed above.
