- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all customer requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the dining area.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction during their visit.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.
