Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA (100% remote)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our team for a minimum commitment of 12 months.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, customer support, IT, and excellent project management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Console's app is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce projects from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 12-month commitment
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong background in customer support and IT
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
