We are seeking a qualified Driller's Hand to join our team. As a Driller's Hand, you will assist the driller in operating and maintaining drilling equipment used for various projects, such as mineral exploration, construction, or environmental remediation. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a drilling environment and possess a strong work ethic.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the driller in setting up and operating drilling equipment.
- Handle and maintain drilling tools and equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks related to drilling operations.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Keep accurate records of drilling activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Driller's Hand or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of drilling equipment and procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions.
