Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of door-to-door sales representatives to achieve pest control service targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct training sessions to improve team skills in customer service, negotiation, and sales techniques.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to relocate to California (Relocation expense reimbursement)
- Strong communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation abilities
- Background in business development and outbound calling
- Ability to effectively engage with clients and prospects
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
