The ideal candidate will support the vision, story, systems, and value for the brand, inspire creativity, and infuse our brand into every touchpoint of our organization. This role is pivotal in maintaining and overseeing the future of our brand.Key Responsibilities : Brand Foundations : Assist in the foundational elements of our brand, including messaging, positioning, and visual identity, to ensure a unified and impactful brand experience.Cross-Functional Projects : Manage complex projects that span multiple departments, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.Strategy Development : Provide actionable insights based on market trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior to support strategic brand initiatives.Measurement : Establish metrics to measure the success of our brand strategy.Brand Architecture : Support and refine brand architecture to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand identity that resonates with our target audiences and supports our business goals.Naming Conventions : Oversee the implementation of long-term naming conventions that align with our brand strategy, enhance our market presence, and differentiate us against our competition.Qualifications : Minimum of 12 years of experience in brand strategy, with a strong track record in brand architecture, naming conventions, and managing cross-functional projects.Experience crafting best-in-class brand strategy, brand positioning, and messaging architectures with the ability to implement them into systems and processes that can drive strategic outcomes.A track record of partnering with creative teams and / or creative agencies to develop truly remarkable creative ideas.Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.Preferred Skills : Experience in the FinTech industry or B2B environments.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving ambiguous challenges, and have a passion for simplifying complex problems.Experience working cross-functionally and moving work forward.#J-18808-Ljbffr
