Are you passionate about Trade Compliance? Join us in shaping and continuously improving our international operations. We are looking for a talented and curious Global Trade Compliance Analyst. This person will play a key role in compliant cross-border transactions, while enabling decisions in support of a robust global supply chain. You will interact with diverse, inter-departmental experts in support of the accuracy and integrity required in customs declarations. Where you come in:
- You will manage and deliver dependability in HS classifications, customs country of origin, export control classifications, valuations, incoterms, other government agency requirements (FDA, FCC experience preferred), and other elements applicable to cross-border transactions.
- You will thrive on process mapping, data extraction, interpretation and reporting.
- You will support the trade compliance team and the logistics and distribution function, in inter-departmental projects with experts in supply chain operations, tax, legal, regulatory, commercial, IT, quality, sourcing/purchasing – all in support of the compliant stewardship of trade compliance data elements and their declaration.
- You will drive efficiencies with third party customs brokers in the execution of cross-border transactions for on time and in full deliveries.
- You will identify and help drive scalable business solutions to ensure compliance with customs and import/export regulations.
- You will help develop and deploy trade compliance training and procedures in support of a global trade compliance program.
- You will provide guidance in day-to-day cross-border transactions and global transportation. Hazmat experience and knowledge will facilitate transaction architecture analysis, design, and execution.
- You will help audit trade compliance performance within the supply chain.
- You will help monitor cross-border activity and apprise TC leadership on impacting, upcoming regulatory changes.
What makes you successful:
- Experience working in import/export compliance capacity
- Experience working with customs brokers, international freight forwarders
- Heavy experience in classification (import and export)
- US Licensed Customs Broker, or international equivalency preferred. Will consider candidates currently seeking such accreditation
- Familiarity with dual-use regulations preferred. Will sponsor EAR training
- FDA import requirements/experience, preferred
- Financial analysis background with intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Familiarity with system dynamics, process improvement tools and methods will enable success. Swim lane diagrams, cause and effect fish-bone diagrams, root cause analysis experience will facilitate impactful discussion
- Auditing experience

Exempt Salary Details:
The annual base salary range for this role is $53,500.00 to $89,100.00. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
Experience and Education
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
