Position Details:
Position Title: Product Designer
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
We are looking for a talented and creative Product Designer with a strong foundation in UX design, motion design, and visual design. As a Product Designer you will have the opportunity to work on innovative products and contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers, leveraging your skills to create seamless, delightful, and impactful experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams and participate in quality assurance to ensure design quality.
- Contribute to visual design by creating and iterating on visual languages for the product.
- Design wireframes, journey maps, user scenarios, and other design elements to support interaction design and product UX improvements.
- Take ownership of a sub-system from concept to delivery, working closely with peers and senior team members to ensure alignment with the overall product architecture.
- Communicate your design work clearly to peers and managers, creating compelling narratives for specific product features.
- Collaborate with creative team members, program managers, and developers to define and deliver product features.
- Help refine design systems and create new design components to ensure consistency and enhance user experience across products.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in UX design, motion design, and visual design, with a portfolio showcasing your work in the technology field. 2-4 years of experience designing high-quality digital product experiences end-to-end.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
- Degrees or Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is required. A Master's Degree in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
Must have Qualications:
- UX Design: Minimum 2 years of experience in UX design.
- Motion Design & Visual Design: Minimum 2 years of experience in motion design and visual design.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and other industry-standard design tools (minimum 2 years).

Preferred Qualification (PQ):
- Experience designing for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms with a strong foundation in motion design, visual design, and UX/UI principles.
