Job Title: Service Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with service area customers for all things service related.
- Coordinate customer requests, such as meter panel upgrades or installations.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to satisfy service requirements.
- Primarily focused on residential services, with potential overlap into commercial services.
- Help set up new customers with power and facilitate its activation.
- Assist in vetting customer intake calls to support Customer Project Representatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in industries like plumbing, roofing, or utilities.
- Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication and conflict resolution.
- Strong soft skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Entry-level project management skills, including time management, scheduling, and prioritization.
- Fundamental understanding of electricity generation and delivery (from plant to meter), with training provided.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technical knowledge.
