About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager - Finished Goods to develop and implement effective production, purchase, capacity, and inventory plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints across all plants and suppliers.
This role will support management with supply and labor risk assessments, mitigation plans, and what-if scenarios. The manager will also coordinate, organize, and oversee all activities involved in the mid to long-term planning of labor, inventory, capacity, and production for finished goods, WIP, and raw materials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own capacity, inventory, labor, and purchase plans with close supply chain and operation leadership collaboration.
- Drive inventory management strategies such as MTS/MTO/Postponement and production planning.
- Participate as an advisory member of the new product development team, providing information and guidance on the availability and cost of supplies and materials.
