What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support/Technical Support Analyst [Only W2] position at Dexian India?
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Support Memphis distribution Pharmacy.
- Come in check email, check outstanding tickets in ServiceNow
- Walk around pharmacy look around, make sure there's no issues in the distribution area, make sure cabling is in good shape, systems are in good shape, anything broken is repaired.
- Will shadow a Senior Tech in the team
- Looking for technical skills, experience creating batch files or writing scripts to automate tasks, that would be a very big plus
- ServiceNow is a plus
- Experience repairing printers and label machines (zebra/Rico)
- Lift and move 25 pounds, pack printers, move copier
- Familiar with asset/inventory/hardware inventory
- Looking for more of a go getter, who is willing to learn, cause all systems are solely used client pharmacy
- Someone who is comfortable talking with people, there is a lot of face-to-face interaction.
