The Head of Application Development and Integration will be responsible for guiding and assembling teams that specialize in Salesforce, Mulesoft, APIs, and full-stack development. This role requires solid technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Continuous Delivery methods and adherence to SDLC processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of developers and integration professionals.
- Technical Guidance : Provide expert direction in areas such as Salesforce, Mulesoft, API development, and full-stack solutions.
- Project Supervision : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development initiatives, ensuring alignment with quality standards and project timelines.
- Continuous Delivery : Implement and sustain Continuous Delivery practices to streamline and ensure consistent software releases.
- SDLC Adherence : Ensure all development work follows best practices and meets Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) guidelines.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with teams from product management, quality assurance, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
- Innovation and Technology Awareness : Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the team's workflow.
- Problem Solving : Address technical challenges and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather input, update on progress, and manage expectations.
- Additional Tasks : Take on other responsibilities as needed.
