What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back-end QA Engineer position at Dexian?
We are searching for a talented QA Engineer to join our team!
- Conduct back-end testing with a focus on SQL and ETL pipelines.
- Validate data and ensure accurate movement across systems.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to write and execute test cases based on functionality and requirements.
- Ensure quality assurance for complex financial scenarios, including "negative coupon rates."
- 5-8 years of QA experience.
- Proficiency in dbt, Snowflake, and cloud testing environments.
- Experience in asset management or familiarity with financial concepts.
- Strong ability to interpret requirements and work closely with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and developers.
- Work closely with Product Owners and business-side stakeholders.
- Translate test cases into clear, user-friendly narratives for non-technical audiences.
