Our Law Enforcement Client is seeking a Retirement / Benefits Specialist for a long-term contract-to-hire position at their headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, onsite role (5 days a week). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise across multiple areas of benefits and HR, including medical, dental, vision, financial planning, and retirement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a resource for over 4,000 active employees and retirees by providing answers, support, and adjustments to retirement and benefits plans.
- Administer retirement systems, including 401(k) and 457 plans, as well as financial planning and investment options.
- Facilitate benefits management, including open enrollment for medical, dental, vision, and other employee benefit programs.
- Process paperwork, manage reporting, and ensure accurate administration of benefits and retirement services.
- Handle inquiries and implement updates to employee retirement plans and other benefits.
