Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Ops and Customer Experience Group in a contingent resource capacity. The ideal candidate will contribute to low to moderately complex initiatives within Change Implementation, identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Change Implementation, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Change Implementation assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations, exercising some independent judgment while developing a thorough understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information and support to client personnel regarding Change Implementation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of change initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to change activities and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:
- Work experience in change management or a related field.
- Consulting experience with a focus on process improvements.
- Relevant training or certification in change management.
- Military experience with exposure to change implementation processes.
- Educational background in business, operations, or a related discipline.
