Job Title: Change Management Specialist
Location : Chandler AZ
Duration of Assignment : 5 Months Contract
Pay Range : $35.00/hr to 37.00/hr
Requirements:
As a Change Implementation Specialist, you’ll:
- Collaborate on low to moderately complex initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Change Implementation.
- Review and analyze tactical assignments or challenges, conducting research, evaluating alternatives, and presenting recommendations.
- Address low-to-medium risk deliverables using independent judgment while gaining a deep understanding of our policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide valuable support and information to clients, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of change initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent work, consulting, training, military, or educational background.
- Skills: Analytical mindset, ability to identify and recommend process improvements, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
