- Should have experience with large distro centers as they will be managing installation of fire alarm systems projects including scheduling and resource management, CMP, PMP not needed.
- Work on site 5 days a week until we feel comfortable with them flexing 1 remote workday. No travel for this candidate.
JD - Duties and Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Respond to email inquiries with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate scheduling projects start dates and ensure milestones are completed on time.
- Coordinate schedule for internal resources to be on site for milestone progress checks and Final acceptance.
- Ensure internal resources are entering time and expenses on projects.
- Providing updates to leadership on project status.
- Ensuring customer success between Professional Service Clients and Edwards Brand/Products.
- Actively gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey.
- Innovate and implement process improvements for team efficiency and service quality
- Document business processes.
- Take notes and summarize discussions at various meetings.
- Coordinate and run Project Work in Progress internal meetings with project managers.
- Review project information entered in Salesforce by the project managers and enter project updates in client tools.
- Ensure projects are running smoothly, provide support to the projects mangers to mitigate project slippage, scope creep, etc.
- Manage project information.
- Maintain professional relationship with client.
- Be the Voice of the client, ensure their success with our product and services.
- General project administrative duties.
