Job Title: Contract Support Analyst
Pay Rate: $30 - $31.68/hr.
Location: Miami, FL 33142
Duration: 2 months Contract to Potential extension and Hire
About the Role:
As a Contract Support Analyst, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and related documentation in accordance with both internal and client requirements. This role is part of the Contract Quality Management function and will involve ensuring the timely delivery of contracted services to meet operational standards.
Resource's Typical Working Day:
- Set-up Vendor/Supplier accounts: Request Certificate of Insurance, W9, and other necessary documentation.
- Review trackers to ensure all required data is up to date and accurate.
- Upload invoices to P2P (Procure to Pay), especially for vendors who have not submitted their invoices. Log into the Utilities portal to download invoices and submit them to P2P for processing.
- Request necessary items and information from various teams including RACs, airports, vendors, managers, and accounting teams (Memphis/India).
- Manage the shared mailbox, responding to queries and actioning requests promptly.
Years of Experience Needed:
- 5 years (This may include education leading to an applicable degree)
Level of Education:
- High School Diploma/GED required, with 2-4 years of experience in contract management, client care at financial institutions or similar background, preferred
Systems/Software Proficiencies:
- Accounting systems knowledge
- Strong Excel skills are a must
- Proficiency in Outlook
Top Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers
Top Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience with JDE (JD Edwards) Software
- Knowledge of Property Management Software
- Spanish language skills are a plus
