Job Title – Financial Analyst III

Location – Nashville, TN

Schedule – Hybrid, 1 day a week onsite

Payrate - $44 - $46/hr on w2.

Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing financial data to help drive business decisions and guide investment strategies. If you have a strong background in accounting and finance, along with a passion for analyzing trends and forecasting, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and manage spreadsheets, creating charts and graphs to effectively communicate technical reports.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions, assisting with investment decisions.
• Interpret data related to price, yield, stability, and investment risks to guide critical business strategies.
• Provide comprehensive oral and written reports on economic trends, individual companies, and industry performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to analyze business trends, forecast revenues, and project future expenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
• Strong understanding of economic and accounting principles, financial markets, and data reporting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies regarding accounting and finance.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related financial discipline (required).
• 5-7 years of financial analysis or accounting experience (required).
• Advanced degree in a financial discipline (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish
