What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Dexian?
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Boston, MA *Hybrid*
Duration: 3 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $30.60/hr. - $32.60/hr. on W2.
Business group: Creative Team - Supporting insurance product and marketing.
Summary
- Collaborate with and animators and videographers, share work with Creative Director for review
- Interact with the Production team to obtain work assignments and ensure deadlines are being met
- Create new work as well as make updates to existing work
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Strong experience in corporate branding systems
- At least 3-4 years related design experience, preferably with emphasis on financial industry marketing print materials
- MAC proficiency as well as a thorough knowledge of design software (Creative Suit: In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Suite)
- Strong and thorough understanding of traditional design skills including sketching, composition, storyboarding
- Thorough understanding of typography, color palettes, grid systems, and final file preparation for print and/or web
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma
- Working knowledge of After Effects
