Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed review and validation of mortgage and home equity loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Follow established policies and procedures with precision, recognizing that there is no room for ambiguity in this role.
- Support underwriters, loan processors, closers, and funders by ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in mortgage or home equity roles such as Junior Underwriter, Home Loan Processor, Closer, or Funder.
- Skills: Proficient in loan document review with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- Integrity: Demonstrates high ethical standards and adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes and requirements.
