Title: Loan Documentation Processor
Location: Chandler, AZ 85286
Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Support homeowners insurance loan documentation processes.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process and tool improvements related to loan documentation.
- Handle moderately complex transactional support tasks.
- Assist with escalated questions and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with client personnel and respond to a variety of inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Preferred: Experience in homeowners insurance or HO3 underwriting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in an onsite environment (100% onsite, no remote).
Salary : $23 - $24
