Job Title: Mail Services Specialist
Location: Redmond, WA
Pay: $23 - $24/hr.
Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible extension or may go permanent.
Job Overview:
The Mail Services Specialist will be responsible for handling and delivering mail, packages, copy products, and office supplies within a high-profile corporate environment. This position requires a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and customer service, as the specialist will work around senior leadership in a fast-paced global media and entertainment company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all received packages are delivered same day or notify the consignee of next-day delivery.
- Duties revolve around retail shipping and passport photo taking (think Pony Express or other retail shipping store where multiple carriers are offered as shipping options)

- Processing outgoing shipments using fed ex USPS, UPS
- Using a mailing system for outbound shipments and tracking.
- Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds are requirements of this role
- Perform light concierge work, including restocking office and pantry supplies.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of mailroom and work areas.
- Follow strict safety protocols and procedures.
- Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as required by the role.
- Collaborate with internal departments and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: ~2-4 years of mailroom experience preferred (corporate office setting highly desirable).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in reprographics (posters and signage) is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
