Job Title: Employee Onboarding Specialist
HYBRID: 2 days on campus and 3 days remote.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to support the onboarding process for supplier staff at our end client’s campus. The role involves ensuring that new suppliers are properly onboarded, granted building access, and compliant with both client and end client’s systems. The Onboarding Coordinator will manage the entry of data into these systems and maintain compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for supplier staff, including scheduling orientation and coordinating required documentation.
- Process onboarding requests, documentation, and access approvals within a 24-hour turnaround.
- Collaborate with the People team and relevant departments for seamless integration of new supplier staff.
Access Management:
- Ensure supplier staff receive appropriate building access and security clearance in line with client’s access protocols.
- Coordinate with Vendor Management teams to process and update access permissions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or facilities management, preferably in corporate or technology environments.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and managing dynamic, evolving environments with changing requirements.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of compliance, security, and access management protocols.
- Familiarity with data entry and system management practices, with attention to accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant systems.
