Pay Range : $53.00/hr to $54.00/hr
Job Description :
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team! This key role is perfect for someone with 7-10 years of payroll experience and a strong background in payroll tax and compliance. As part of our growing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Qualifications & Skills:
- 7-10 years of payroll experience with a solid background in payroll tax and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Proven expertise in payroll processing, including quarterly reconciliations, garnishments, year-end processing, and tax filings.
- Strong understanding of employment taxes and general ledger (GL).
- Workday payroll system knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
