Responsibilities to include:
Manage the Brand Stewardship Program including onboarding and communication to the internal community of ~350 Brand Stewards who are an extension of the enterprise brand team who help promote overall brand cohesion within their respective marketing areas.
Review manual end-to-end processes to determine where we can simplify and create efficiencies with managing the Brand Steward program
Develop strategies and tactics to drive greater engagement and advocacy among the brand steward community for our newly developed brand strategy and visual identity.
