Job Title: Continuous Improvement Staff Accountant
Are you an accounting professional with a passion for process improvement and data analysis? We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Staff Accountant to support key accounting and financial operations across Capital Assets, Cash Compliance & Controls, and Financial Reporting & Compliance.

What You’ll Do
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Process asset procurement requisitions, 3-way match invoices, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Provide month-end close support and assist in preparing accurate, timely financial reports.
- Help document and maintain financial workflows and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Process Improvement & Projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
- Utilize Excel, Power Queries, and Power BI to enhance reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to implement standardized processes and improvements.
- Share ideas to drive accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Support due diligence and integration activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership.
- Help align financial processes across merged entities.
What You Bring
Technical Skills
- Strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, basic formulas).
- Experience with Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a bonus).

Qualifications
