Duration : 9 months contract

SUMMARY

• Responsible for the creation and development of the Treasury Services Client Service digital training journey, transitioning a manual learning path to digital.
• Works closely with the business and stakeholders to understand system and training needs.
• Understands the company’s business and products to provide training and support on digital offerings.
• Builds training to be applicable to Client Service individuals as well as a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles.
• Effectively interacts with system implementation teams, subject matter experts, and various levels of support staff.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A preferred education is a bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or Information Systems.
• Professional training experience preferred. Instructor-led classroom training experience and experience creating documents from user specifications.
• Experience with digital learning tools, systems, and software.
