Applying user research insights to drive product design and strategy, you will help your team understand why and how to build better experiences.
Responsibilities include crafting beautiful and usable designs for digital products by applying domain expertise, deep research findings, and collaborating with peers across the product organization. Additionally, you will play an active role in advocating for a Human-Centered Design process and creating a collaborative environment. Engaging and inspiring the product organization about our customers' experiences through powerful storytelling of the human-centered design process, research insights, and customer journeys is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in UX design and research in all phases across a variety of projects and mediums.
- Deep expertise in Interaction & Visual Design, Information Architecture, UX Writing, and UX Research.
- Advanced knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other design and prototyping software.
- Experience synthesizing research findings into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and design solutions.
