Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor at our manufacturing facility in Freeport, MN. Dexter, the premier manufacturer and supplier of axles, suspension, brakes, doors, venting products, trailer parts, accessories, and towing components, has an opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain facility safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment and proper equipment operation.
• Identify and resolve safety problems within the warehouse and with individual employees.
• Establish operational procedures for warehouse management.
• Cross-train employees between all warehouse job titles.
• Monitor attendance and reassign duties as needed.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
• Address employee complaints and maintain a team environment.
• Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirements:
To perform this role successfully, you must have:

• 6 years' work experience in warehousing.
• Supervisory experience managing a team.
• Ability to work on feet and carry objects weighing up to 70lbs.
• Ability to complete forklift certification.
• Team player, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Computer experience in MS Office.
• Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
