Key Responsibilities:
Management of Warehouse (Shipping, Receiving, Delivery):
- Partner with Director of Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse duties
- Ensure smooth operations between the shipping, receiving, and delivery departments
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on deadlines and operational needs are met
- Schedule inbound LTL shipments, ensuring that all loads are delivered on time
- Validate and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Manage cycle count rhythm to ensure the put-away process is followed and received items are properly logged and placed in correct location
- Work with the picking team to ensure accuracy and streamline the picking process to improve order fulfillment time, resolve errors as needed
Manage Warehouse Staff:
- Provide constructive feedback and ensure that staff understand their role and expectations, meet with team members regularly
- Foster an environment of open communication and continuous improvement
Return and Warranty Processing:
- Oversee the return process for damaged or defective products, ensuring that all returns are handled in compliance with company policies
- Manage the warranty processing workflow, ensuring that returned items are processed and tracked efficiently
- Work with the customer service team to facilitate returns and warranty claims
Process Implementation:
- Identify process improvement needs and lead implementation of new processes or systems aimed at improving warehouse operations
- Train staff on new processes and ensure smooth integration into daily activities
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ proven experience in a warehouse supervisor role preferred
- Management experience leading a team, giving clear and detailed instruction
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
- Ability to drive change and implement process improvements
Salary : $24 - $28
