The TWA Assembler 3 plays a crucial role in plant operations, contributing to safety, material handling, and production processes. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

Job Responsibilities

• Product Knowledge: The Assembler 3 should have a thorough understanding of all products, including part numbers and descriptions.
• Work Area Maintenance: Regularly clean and organize the work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Material Handling: Skillfully operate material handling equipment to move components and finished products.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience and Education

• Previous Experience: Prior experience in assembly or warehouse work is preferred.
• Physical Ability: The Assembler 3 should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Process Adherence: Consistently follow established processes and procedures at a predetermined pace.
