- Product Knowledge: The Assembler 3 should have a thorough understanding of all products, including part numbers and descriptions.

Experience and Education
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in assembly or warehouse work is preferred.
- Physical Ability: The Assembler 3 should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
