Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across our diverse markets, including utility trailers, recreational vehicles, heavy-duty trailers, marine, and manufactured housing.Key Responsibilities and DutiesStrategic Marketing Leadership : Develop and implement cohesive marketing plans aligned with Dexter Group's business objectives across US and Canada.Set current and long-term goals for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company vision and market trends.Design and manage the marketing department’s budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.Brand Management : Oversee brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation.Build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders through effective public relations strategies.Campaign Development and Execution : Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and events.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.Team Leadership and Development : Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Identify hiring needs and participate in the recruitment process to build a high-performing marketing team.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.Market Analysis and Growth Opportunities : Conduct market analyses to identify challenges and opportunities for growth, adapting strategies accordingly.Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ activities to maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration and Reporting : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics and outcomes for the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Team.We are Looking for a dynamic Leader who can demonstrate capabilities and results in : conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).Demonstrated, measurable Return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns and initiatives.Brand StrengthImprovement in brand recognition and reputation across target markets.Consistency and alignment of branding across all channels and customer touchpoints.Campaign EffectivenessPerformance of multi-channel marketing campaigns, measured through key metrics such as reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.Timely execution of campaigns and adherence to budgetary constraints.Market PenetrationSuccess in identifying and capturing new market opportunities across US and Canada.Expansion and deepening of customer relationships in existing markets.Leadership and Team DevelopmentEmployee satisfaction, engagement, and retention rates within the marketing team.Growth and performance of team members under direct leadership, including professional development and achievement of individual goals.Innovation and AdaptabilityIntroduction of innovative marketing tools, techniques, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Ability to pivot strategies in response to market dynamics and competitor activity.Reporting and AnalyticsAccuracy, timeliness, and insightfulness of reports and presentations on marketing metrics and outcomes.Use of data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies for US and Canada.Minimum Qualifications Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred).Work Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries.Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and public relations.Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth and customer engagement through innovative strategies.Skills & AbilitiesStrong leadership skills with experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.Demonstrated capability in managing and optimizing budgets for marketing initiatives.Expertise in market analysis,
