Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary :
Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Benefits Account Manager to join our team. The Benefits Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring the effective implementation and administration of employee benefits programs. This position requires a deep understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex benefit structures.
Responsibilities :
- Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Coordinate the implementation and enrollment of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, life and other ancillary coverages.
Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on benefit plan design, compliance, and cost-saving strategies.
Assist clients in navigating and resolving benefits-related issues, including claims resolution and appeals.
Manage the annual benefits renewal process for clients, including gathering necessary data, preparing renewal presentation, and negotiating with carriers for the best terms.
Ensure clients’ benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPPA.
Generate and analyze reports on benefits utilization, costs and trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Proactively identify and address issues, working collaboratively with internal teams and clients to find effective solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with producers
