Job Description:
Dexter Laundry is seeking a Technology Solutions Support Specialist to serve as the primary customer advocate for our technology platform. This role is responsible for driving customer adoption, troubleshooting issues, gathering customer feedback for product development, and ensuring customers maximize the value of our technology. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the strategy that enhances both Dexter and our customers' experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead for technical support calls related to DexterLive/DexterPay.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer in product development and design discussions.
- Establish and maintain a customer feedback loop to gauge satisfaction and interest in new features.
- Manage the contract with Stripe, ensuring maximum value for Dexter.
- Oversee the assembly of DexterLive kits.
- Determine pricing for all technology-related items, including hardware and new features.
- Proactively engage with customers to help them optimize their use of the system.
- Lead internal, distributor, and customer training sessions on DexterLive/DexterPay.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of an evolving business platform.
- Previous experience in customer support or direct customer interactions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable teaching and presenting to groups.
- Proficiency in computer and technology-related systems.
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Essential education, licenses, certifications, skills, and experience needed for this position:
- Minimum of a 2-year technical degree, 4-year college degree preferred or related discipline.
- 2-4 years previous customer service experience desired
