Brokers Assistant/Assistant Leasing Agent

SUMMARY

Supports the Executive Assistant of Michael Dezer in helping brokers and leasing agents with administrative and client-facing tasks related to property leasing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support lead listing agent with busy listing schedule
• Execute marketing & advertising campaigns including email & direct mail channels
• Maintain and physical & digital presentation materials
• Answering emails in a timely and professional manner

• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Researching the local real estate market
• Listing the vacancy on real estate websites like loopnet.com and Crexi.com
• Coordinating property showings and visits
• Monitor and update online property listings across multiple platforms
• Ensure all listing information is accurate and up-to-date
• Manage digital lead generation campaigns on various platforms
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants
• Schedule property viewings and appointments
• Manage the broker's calendar and schedule appointments
• Handle phone calls and emails/
• Maintain client databases and records

Additional Duties:

Performs other duties as assigned to support overall operations and client experience.

JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelors degree preferred).

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to walk, stand, lift, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
