SUMMARY
The Revenue Data Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining data related to retails and wholesalers, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other sales channels. This role ensures accurate data entry, reporting, and revenue tracking to support the park's financial performance and sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in handling large datasets while supporting revenue analysis efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately input and update data from retailers, wholesalers, OTAs, and other sales partners into internal and external systems.
- Research and maintain Google Analytics, as well as Marketing Analytics
- Maintain and monitor pricing, contracts, appearance and promotions across multiple platforms.
- Ensure all sales transactions are properly recorded and reconciled with revenue reports.
- Assist in tracking revenue performance, identifying trends, and preparing reports for management.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline processes.
- Work closely with external partners to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong data integrity.
- Follow up with partners regularly to ensure all data, including pricing, descriptions, and media, is up to date.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis projects as needed.
Qualifications
JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Experience in data entry, revenue management, or sales operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM and database management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to analyze and interpret revenue data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with OTAs, retails, wholesalers, or ticketing platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Working Conditions:
- The role requires flexibility, with some evening and weekend work to accommodate client needs and events.
- Travel is required for sales meetings, trade shows, conferences, and client visits, both nationally and internationally.
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required including working weekends, holidays &hours exceeding 40
- Ability to walk long distance is required
