Key Responsibilities
- Estimating Proficiency: Accurate sketching of affected areas and use of Matterport technology. Time and Material (T&M) / Xactimate knowledge is also required.
- Revenue Management: Oversee and expedite revenue production in accordance with monthly goals. Work with all members of the project team to ensure timeliness of deposit, progress, and final billings.
- Customer Satisfaction: Consistent weekly communication with all stakeholders (external and internal). Set expectations upfront with the customer and hold teams accountable to provide updates.
