- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations specific to manufacturing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS training programs tailored for manufacturing operations.
- Conduct hazard analyses and establish safety protocols to protect our workforce.
- Audit safety programs for compliance with company standards and manufacturing regulations.
- Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures to enhance workplace safety.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in EHS management within a manufacturing setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Professional certification in EHS is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Proficient in creating compliance records and reports.
- Willingness to travel 25-30% within the US and Canada.
