Hours : 8AM – 5PM

Position Overview : We are seeking a Receiving Specialist to join our growing e-commerce warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires critical thinking skills, the ability to interpret shipping documentation and regulations, and a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in processing inbound and outbound freight and parcels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accurate quantities and condition of goods.
• Interpret and follow shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.
• Process and manage inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while handling product inventory and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, both domestic and international.
• Collaborate with other warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to address any issues or discrepancies.
• Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track shipments, process returns, and maintain proper documentation.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Manage organization of the receiving area to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
